Refund Policy

We want every toolkit to earn its keep. All products sold at The Local Stack are digital downloads, so there is nothing to ship back — our refund policy works like this:

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If a toolkit doesn't work for your business, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund your order in full. Just reply to your order confirmation email or write to hello@emulative.studio from the email address you used at checkout, and include your order number. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

What we ask. You don't need to justify the refund, though a sentence about what didn't work helps us improve the products. We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of clear abuse — for example, repeat purchase-refund cycles of multiple products or evidence of redistribution of the files.

After a refund. Because digital files can't be returned, a refund ends your license to use the product. We ask that you delete the downloaded files.
