Welcome to The Local Stack (localstackshop.com), a United States–based online store. By purchasing or downloading our products, you agree to these terms.

1. What we sell. All products are digital downloads — guides, templates, spreadsheets, and related business tools — delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Your license. When you purchase a product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for you or your business to use it. You MAY: use the products in your own business without limit; use them in work you perform for clients (for example, running audits, managing profiles, or sending documents on unlimited client projects); and edit or adapt template files for those purposes. You MAY NOT: resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or give away the products or substantial portions of them, whether free or paid, whether original or modified; or represent the products as your own creations for resale.

3. Intellectual property. All products, including their text, design, and structure, remain the intellectual property of The Local Stack. Purchasing a product transfers a license to use it, not ownership of it.

4. No professional advice. Our products are general business tools and educational materials. They are not legal, financial, or professional advice. In particular, contract and legal document templates should be reviewed by a qualified attorney in your state before use — laws vary by state, trade, and situation.

5. Refunds. Purchases are covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee, described in our Refund Policy. A refund ends your license to use the refunded product.

6. Results disclaimer. Our products describe methods that have worked in real client work, but we can't and don't guarantee any particular business outcome, revenue, ranking, or response rate from using them. Results depend on your execution, market, and circumstances.

7. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Local Stack's total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to products and terms. We may update products and these terms over time. The terms in effect at the time of your purchase govern that purchase.

9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
